1:72 Space Shuttle Cockpit Update Set, Late (for Revell)
The Space Shuttle cockpit is loaded with switches, dials, controls, instruments and displays and the original kit lacks most of these details. There are also significant deficiencies in the accuracy of the original kit parts. Next to each pilot seat is a wall containing circuit breakers and even a fire extinguisher. These walls are highly visible through the front windows, yet not included in the original kit. This kit includes replacement cockpit floor, instrument panels, seats, control sticks and Heads Up Displays (HUD). The forward instrument panel represents the Multifunction Electronic Display System (MEDS) installed on the orbiters starting in 1998.
